1. Introduction of armor shield
The armor shield has a steel plate as the cover surface and a bellows-type shield body. Each fold can withstand strong vibration without deformation. At the same time, it is applied to the bellows and can maintain its original state at a high temperature of 900℃. They support each other and play a role in preventing small debris from penetrating.
2. Material of armor shield
The common armor shields on the market are mainly divided into three materials: silicone, PC+TPU and metal. Among them, the armor shield made of silicone has good shockproof and anti-slip properties, so it can improve the user experience while protecting the mobile phone. The armor shield made of PC+TPU is an upgraded version of the silicone material, which has better anti-fall performance and more beautiful appearance. Although the metal armor shield has a more beautiful appearance, it is not as effective as the first two materials in protecting the mobile phone due to its poor shockproof performance.
3. Waterproof performance of armor shield
The waterproof performance of the armor shield varies with its material. Some armor shields made of silicone or PC+TPU can prevent small water stains such as rain and splashing water from intruding when equipped with waterproof doors. However, since the material itself does not have waterproof performance, it cannot be used in underwater environments such as diving and swimming. Metal armor shields generally do not have waterproof performance, and may cause damage to the mobile phone when encountering water stains.
Scope of application: widely used in guide rails, beams and columns in mechanical fields such as grinders, precision instruments, measuring instruments, CNC machines, etc.
